“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”

-Eleanor Roosevelt

What you imagine is important. Your dreams matter. There is a reason why you were born and you must have the courage to fulfill it. The dream is not to be judged-it’s to be enjoyed. It’s personalized and specific to you. Nothing is too bold, or too frivolous. All that matters is that it is authentically yours.

“Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”

Storytelling is a key part of making your dreams come true. Why? Because you will need others to connect with your dream, or you, or ideally both, to achieve your dream. It’s your tribe that will help you realize your dream. You may have to wear a few hats, when you begin your dream quest, but you can’t wear them all. –As A Man Thinketh

The foundation of success is your ability to lead yourself, to never give up, and to maintain faith. Faith is the rock; confidence, the sand. The only valid reason to discontinue is if you decided, for whatever reason, no longer believe in your dream. Not just because it is hard.

“Although nature commences with reason and ends in experience, it is necessary for us to do the opposite; that is to commence with experience and from this to proceed to investigate the reason.”

-Leonardo da Vinci

The straight line only exists in the past. When creating something from nothing, entrepreneurs and other applied dreamers, experience a storm of chaos, periodically hitting a milestone, as we spin towards the achievement of our dream. Then when we reach the end, we look back and tell the story of the milestones, as a straight line. But that straight line never exists in the present or in the future.
