“Thought allied fearlessly to purpose becomes creative force; he who knows this is ready to become something higher and stronger than a mere bundle of wavering thoughts and fluctuating sensations; he who does this has become the conscious and intelligent wielder of his mental powers.”
–As A Man Thinketh
Products and companies don’t fail, people do. Suffering is part of the journey. The Tribetan Method teaches the innovator how to cultivate both the optimism and the physical stamina to endure.
Most people are overwhelmed in the intensity of the process of turning their imagination into reality. Creating something from nothing, is hard work. Like an athlete, you will need to train for it. An athlete would never show up to the big game, expecting to win, without consistent training. To leverage your full creative force, you will need to commit to some new habits.
∼physical flow: yoga, running, swimming; to get you in the zone, alleviate stress and stimulate creativity.
∼mindfulness: meditation, breath work; it gives you clarity, allows you to master your mind
∼morning routines: songs, readings, videos or other reminders that will provide a reset; to get you in the right space to take another step towards your dream today, no matter how bad things got were yesterday.
These and other tools are leveraged as part of the Tribetan Method, so that you will not only be able to walk through the fire; but also maintain your mental health, clarity and sanity, while doing it.
