Vote Like a Boss- The Book

Vote Like a Boss is a book and a challenge. The book is a love letter to Democracy, a handbook on how it works, and a creative roadmap to make it better. It includes a collection of essays on our bold, creative democracy from citizens across the country. The title essay makes the case of voting as an act of self-worth. Voting as a growth mindset. The same growth mindset that wins in business, sports, and life.

Vote Like a Boss-The Challenge

The Vote Like a Boss challenge is to get one million of our fellow citizens to commit to getting just one other person to vote. The US is ranked #29 according to the Economist Democracy Index, partly because of a lack of voter participation, which is backed up by data. Only 66% of eligible voters, voted in 2020. We aim to change that and have the US back in the top ten and eventually number one. Join the Challenge!

About Tiffany Norwood

In the 1990s, at the age of 27, Tiffany Norwood did something that no other entrepreneur has done since—she raised nearly a billion dollars to fund a startup. That money was used to build the first-ever global satellite radio platform and invest in the development of MP3. Her career has spanned 57 countries, 37 years, 9 startups, and a patent. In 2022, Tiffany was the first black woman to be named Entrepreneur of the Year. She was also the first in her family to be born with all of her civil rights.
